Busy lives mean time is often an issue. So try this! Start with a private 1 to 1 session and I’ll keep you lifted afterwards with 2 follow up phone calls 1 x 2hr Private Session + 2 x 30 mins phone calls £150

Maybe you would like to share a lifted spirits experience? People feel more together with family, friends or a social group. If you do then this is for you! Your own 3 hour clinic with me to give you an Inner Smile at your home, work or social place for up to 10 people so you can all be in high spirits Fee £250 per clinic
Lift Your Spirits Call
How can we all show others we really care? Ways which make a real difference to their lives? Well if you have someone important to you who is feeling a little lost, in a downbeat mood or just in need of a pick me up tonic, then treat them to a Lift Your Spirits Call. My 20 minute phone call to them could be the best gift you could ever give that someone special who matters £20 for a 20 min phone call
